This a Grover Jackson Firebird, Japan only market.
Ordered in 1989 for Paul Raymond of UFO. The guitar I'm guessing was delivered in 1990 due to the serial number of J001762. It's a neck thru with MOP sharkfins...ebony fretboard...schaler locking trem...single volume...5 way switch. As you can tell, it was a righty that was professional converted to a lefty for Paul shortly after the guitar was delivered. Paul was pictured with the guitar for the 92/93 Jackson catalog. It is an great player with fantastic tone.
I've always wanted a firecrackle guitar and a firebird...how lucky am I to get both in one guitar.
