If you order a Star from Jackson Stars, what would it be named?

Thanks! The guy in Japan I ordered from probably thinks I'm insane. The order just got comfirmed by Jackson and I'm already sending him emails for the next guitar I'm buying.

Then right after a PC1 Barring any unexpected issues.
In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil

As for a single pickup guitar, Jackson Stars will build you pretty much any guitar that you want.

I ordered my soloist with a finish that wasn't offered on the order form (natural), and with an electronic setup which isn't listed on the order form either (1 vol, 5-way switch).

I'm tossing around the idea of asking them if they'll do a Firebird.

crap, i need to work more over time, I already have my next five guitars ordered in my head.

There are only 3 MIJ Firebirds here:

And the most recently made one was apparently a 1993 model.

But it never hurts to ask

when he stated that it would be a full custom i did not persue the matter anylonger............ a semi-custom was pushing my wallet, much less a full custom

                Ok, thanks for the reply.

Well it will surely be pushing my wallet too, so I'm gonna postpone the decision to the second half of this year, after our album recordings have been finished (and all the bills paid).

Just took a look at the semi custom order sheet.

It looks like they are offering a few more semi custom options:

Change to medium scale: Upcharge 34650yen (only for solid finish Soloists)
Change to medium frets: Upcharge 5775yen (only for SL, RRV, and KV)
                  Change to SD STK-S1nx2 & TB5: Upcharge 28875yen

But on the page that the links to the custom order form and the semi custom order form are, it states,

"If there's any option that you want which is not on the custom order form, please ask your dealer and we'll provide an estimate"

Looks like they are still making Kelly Star body shapes too

I just got a quote on a fully custom Kelly, it's only a few hundred more then the semi custom I just ordered. it's pretty good

Good to hear. That means it should still be a good value for the price (though VAT has been raised this year... but this affects everything anyways).
Nevertheless, I'm in no hurry to order now.

Atsushi, thanks for taking a look at the forms.
Basically it boils down to "whatever it is you want, just ask..."
Even if an option is on the list, dealer price will vary from the quote form anyways. Of course it's good to see the price relation.

I haven't heard back yet if they'll do the Firebird body yet. it would be cool though if they would. I would defenitely be my third Jackson star (my second I'm ordering next month

It's apparently just slightly different in size, I'm not sure, I went ahead and ordered it with the other nut. Mine should be here in late June or early July

                                trivium-

As the nut "size" is only the width, it shouldn't affect intonation, which is adjusted by tweaking the distance from the nut to the bridge saddles.
