I own four DK2M's! Crimson Swirl, Inferno Red, Black, & White. I take 3 of them on the road, and 2 DK2's (Trans Amber & Trans Red). Plus a DR3 (Mahogony) Tuned to Dropped D , and a special edition DKGC36 (Guitar Center 36th Anniversary Guitar) as a warm up axe. But my main guitars became the DK2M the second I got one.

I had a Crimson Swirl DK2M that also had a VERY fat neck. The neck I got on the MF RGF DK2M was much thinner. Both felt like they had a satin finish.
Aerostar, I'd like to see a pic of the rack with all those DK2Ms in it. That would look cool. Do you modify them at all (e.g., add an OFR, swap pickups), or use them as is?

If I can figure out how to do it, I'll post a photo here as well, in my 5 space rack.

Anyway the Guitar Center here is blowing DK2M's out, because no one here wants a "pointy" guitar. So they just hold them for me!!!!
I read your web page, Loftus is my favorite DJ of all time.
Did you ever get to see Holland with Batio?
