Installed a 500XL in my PST3, have an issue? Can you help?

I installed an OG BILL 500XL this weekend (and a new 500K CTS pot) for some reason, I am getting slight bleed from the neck pick up when I have the switch set to the bridge pick up (and the same with the reverse, some bridge mixed in with the neck pick up)
Any ideas on what could be going on?

Otherwise, the new pickup sounds great. Nice improvement.
