  • New guitar day...

Actually, I've had this for about a week. I like it.

I need to get a new trem bar for it, the factory ones suck.

I bought this to keep some wear and tear off of my Sl2H CS.

How do you like the pickups? I changed mine for an EMG 85/60 combo. That black looks great with the maple board. Congrats on a fine guitar.

      Thanks.

I like passive pups. I like these.

I have A JB and a 59 in my SL2 and I like those too.

          Nope...it's brand new.

I got an ok deal it was less than $550.

Plus I got it locally. So any problems they order me a new one...

Just of interest, where is the truss rod cover? Very cool guitar otherwise!

I took it off along with the trem spring cavity cover.

I had to adjust the truss rod and trem springs etc. It will find it's way back on after I'm happy with the setup.

I never liked the feel of a maple fingerboard, but I always thought they looked amazing. Cool score dude!
I would so snatch that up it if were 24 frets

I replaced the trem arm and socket on my DK2M with those of an OFR.

It's a direct swap, quick and painless

It's a DK2M, just came out last year.

Congrats, S-man! These are sweet guitars, I played a couple last week at different shops and I really like them.
