how are the necks on the RR24 are they like the RR5???

Well, I don't believe the floyd on my RR24 is a ping, I assume it is schaller made and an OFR.
As for the paint. Well I did get a limited run "mistake" model.. There are indeed several paint flaws on the body (very minor, have to be up close). But the worst part about the paint was my guitar touched my speaker cabinet and I got a nice chunk of paint taken out. I barely touched the cab, so it made me angry at first but I guess it makes the guitar broken in.
Can't answer any specific KBRR vs. RR24 questions though, but what I can say about the neck is it is very similar to my LP Customs neck.Comment

I wonder why paint seems to vary so much in durability. I have a KVX10 thats probably a 2003 or so and it's paint (black) doesn't have a mark on it.Originally posted by Kishin View Post

^ It's definitely not a Schaller.
Here's the question:
Where is the floyd made (no made in Germany stamp on the bottom) and is it the OFR or a PING (there's no PING logo though) or something else? People who have real OFR and RR24 said that the one on RR24 feels and looks a little bit cheaper.Comment
