    Identify this model

    Friends from the finnish Jackson forum told me my guitar is a Soloist Archtop Trem Professional (Made in Japan). Can anyone confirm that?

            He said on the other forum that he hoped it was a USA model.

            It's not, it's Japanese.

            However, this is currently most-sought-after model...worth around 1000$ nowadays and the price is going only up....

              If it says professional on the headstock it IS a made in Japan model which is a very good guitar.

                  Sorry men. Trust you all. I don't know if anyone of you have been to Barcelona, Spain, but in this country of us (first world wanna-bes) it's really difficult to get advise on electric guitars. Guitar shops try to sell their product in stock, information is always unrelyable, and can you imagine that not even one shop was capable of identifying my guitar?

                  Imported guitars are really expensive and second-hand market does not exist properly.

                  Need to check it out for sure, 'cause I'm replacing my Jackson for a new guitar and didn't want to offer it with wrong data.

                  It has given me lots of good time, but it's time to change to a "fixed bridge" model (I don't know if you call it that way) because I'm going old and my age doesn't match with whammi bar effects.

                    Most of the members on the Finnish forum are long-time members here. One of our members here runs the Finnish forum. Welcome, btw, to the JCF. Nice guitar.
