Guitar ID Please

Hi folks,

Just made a trade today at the local music store. I picked up what appears to be an SLSMG, but it has a bolt-on neck. It seems to be a great guitar and it doesn't have a scratch. Looks brand new.

It's got the Peavey-like headstock found on the SLSMG. Rosewood fingerboard, two EMG-HZ pickups. Sharkfin inlays. Made in Japan.

I can't find any info on this model, only the neck-thru version. Any info?

DXMGT. Basswood body. GC/Musicians Friend exclusive. Its body is slightly different from teh soloist as it has a Dinky body. A Soloist is also a neck through guitar.

Soloist bodies are no different from Dinkys, both are 7/8 the size of a Strat. However, the SLSMG is much lighter than the DXMGT, I'm guessing.

It is thinner than an ordinary soloist.

I have to say, after lowering the action and adjusting the intonation this guitar is really nice. I'm happy with the trade. Now if only it had better pickups...
