What is a fair price for this guitar? I am thinking about buying it, but wouldn't have any idea what the market value is.

Here in europe they go new for 600-1000€, depends on the finish.
Maybe $650-700 would be a good deal.

From that picture, the pups appear to be "Duncan Design" which are the cheaper pup's. The better pups have "Seymour Duncan" on them. But that doesn't mean they don't sound great. In any event it's not a deal breaker. You can always change the pups if you don't like them.

Plain black ones can be had for $200 without a case, used, with light chips from the tips. Take it from there.

Yeah, I dont think the martket for bolt on kellys is very good. Its a buyers market for them IMHO.
