I think you designed a great guitar, even though I've never held one. I've been tempted on a few ebay auctions, but I have a pair of RR's already and I must keep guitar purchases down to one per year (this year it ended up being a bengal SL2H). I'm getting close to 30 axes and the wife is getting close to killing me. I only buy, never sell LOL!
But even not having had one, the specs look great. I prefer a 3 piece neck over the scarf join. TOM bridge is great, along with the single hum. And I prefer ebony fretboards to all others. Mahogany is a great choice - I have 2 SGs and 4 LPs. I think you did a great job with the design and I hope to get one someday.
Great to see you back here Kevin.Love the sig model by the way they are great guitars. If the floyd becomes an option I hope it will be top mount and not recessed to keep the neck angle the same.It would be a shame to lose the comfy neck angle.
Kevin & Jackson: You should put on locking tuners as 1st priority. 2nd priority: have someone skilled do the slot cutting on the nut. I've heard about more than a few, having way too deep and narrow cut slots.
