JacksonStars custom order forms - translated!

I got these from someone who works at Ishibashi. I thought you guys might appreciate them. They might be a little hard to read, if you want the full sized versions, respond to the thread with your e-mail address and I'll send out a mass e-mail sometime tomorrow with the big versions (1mb each).

Both forms are the current ones, which I believe makes the custom shop one from July 2007 and the semi-custom one from August 2006

That might be a mistranslation. I am pretty sure the basic custom model comes with just the bridge pickup and the neck pickup is an additional cost.

No problem guys, I see a lot of JacksonStars questions on here, so hopefully this helps a lot Also I have heard that a JacksonStars full custom is on par quality-wise with the new USA made Jacksons, so it is a good alternative to anyone who can't afford a new SL2H-MAH or USA custom!

Just calculated my full custom King V, and with the experience from my last purchase from Ishibashi I now have a very clear idea of how much it will cost in reality.
