Out of those choices, I would say KVX also. Are you dead-set on a trem? If not, and you want a V in your price range, check out the Ibanez VBT700 - mahogany, real Dimarzios, and neckthru, but fixed bridge. Did I just recommend an IBZ on the jcf? Please don't ban me

But seriously, check it out if you don't require a trem.

This forum is awesome, thanks for all the input. Yeah, I've tried out the ibanez V and it is a really good guitar since i'm a fan of ibanez necks but my mind is set on getting one with a trem since i want to try out an axe with a floyd rose trem. Never owned one so this will be a first. I've been using my epi goth v (string through) and it's been doin' the job for my band but the lack of a trem is starting to bother me.

Anyway, so King V it is! I already went to our local guitar shop and put down 300 to start a lay away plan for a trans red KVX10. It's so cool that they will do a full setup on the guitar before I take it home.... can't freakin' wait...time to sell more airsoft gear....

Heh, speaking of ibanez and/or warriors

You'll be happy with the KV, trust me.

What I also like about the KVX10 is that it now comes with a trem instead of as a stringthru. No ferruls (sp?) to prise out if you wanted to change the hardware from chrome to black.

it'd be great if they have it on crimson swirl....I think they only have it on cobalt swirls.... although the red trans is not bad at all. I'll post pics as soon as I get it.

The beast is an ugly as hell guitar IMO. I see one and there is always a 15 year old with black fingernail polish drooling at how mean it looks.Fear should come from the fingers.
                      Really? well screw Mark Twain.

not my b.c. rich n.j. neckthru mockingbird. hell it was made in korea but i would put it up against any guitar for its quality.

It all comes down to personal taste, so try both guitars before you make a final decision. I had a couple of BC Rich's years ago and they were great guitars. Had a Gibson Les Paul and it was a fantastic guitar too....but not entirely suited to my style of playing, so I made the switch to Jackson. Have been using Jackson's for about the last 10 years and have 3 of them now....they're the best in my eyes! Buy what feels right and what best suits your style of playing.

I'd go with the Jackson as well, since while the weird shapes look cool, they're extremely uncomfortable to play.
That's what I was thinking. They probably jacked up the price due to the EMGs.
