just refret the damnthing. it wont cost you much and it is easier then buying a new neck.

Yeah, if your dead set on sharkfins and binding. If you could settle for dots you could find a non floyd much easier.

Are you sure the frets need to be replaced? Sometimes all is needed is a fret level.
