Made in Japan Soloist Pro, early to mid 90's. Nice. How much he asking?

Great guitar. Much better than the MIJ Jacksons of later years. As good as a USA in my opinion and always cheaper.

They were made between 90-94 i think definately only made after 1990...

if it is a pro which it looks a lot like...

stiull it's a good price, i'm sure someone like Ron who is familiar with Pro's and serial numbers will be able to tell you when it was made...

The seller is misremembering when he bought it.
Serial starts with "0" = it was made in 1990. Period.
There were no import Jacksons made before that.

700 Euro is high in my opinion. You can sometimes find used USA soloists going for 700-800 Euros. But the early Pro models are sought after, so he will probably get what he asks once he finds the right buyer.

Is the fingerboard brown in color? Or is it black? I cant tell from the pic. That will tell us if its an eraly 90-94 or a later model.

The serial itself gives it away. J0xxxxx = 1990 Japanese-made Professional = ebony board.

There were a few made as early as 1989, but I've not seen or heard of anyone having one in 1988.
