  • First Post - looking for info.

    Been looking around for a while... Lot of good info. here... But for the life of me I can't find info. regarding this guitar... It looks like a soloist but has a "bolt on" neck. Did they make a Soloist with a bolt on neck??... I don't see any model numbers on it what so ever. Doesn't say made in the U.S. or overseas.... Does anyone here have an idea of what model this is??? Pic aren't worth a crap but it's the best I can do for now.. Help

      iits looks to be a MG series soloist

      but i would say if a soloist is what you want buy a sl-1/2/or 3

              Other newbie: that guitar is a DXMGT, a Guitar Center sold Japanese Dinky. Body should be alder. Get me the ser # please.

                              Thanks guys.... Sorry but I like my smurf hat...It's one of the reason's I bought it.... Cause it was different then the other jacksons...
