RR 24 here to stay?

I remember hearing about RR 24s having stopped production possibly to change specifications, but maybe it was a bunch of bullshit. I seriously want to buy one, but if they are making an improved batch soon I would want to wait for it.
anyone know anything about the situation?

There was a limited one. That's the one with the yellow bevels, reversed fins and white binding.

The ones with black binding and regular fins are the regular models and they are still for sale..
