Im looking for a jackson guitar in this price range, but what would be my best option a jackson star, that sam ash exclusive jackson sl2h, or try to find a USA used

MoP inlays and ebony would be awesome, if any one has suggestions it would be gratefully appreciated

Some guy has been trying to sell a Sam Ash SL2(?) archtop on ebay for months. He was down to $850 last I checked about a month ago.

If you go used on ebay, you can probably hit that price. Otherwise, check out the forum dealers.

For that price range, used USA or early 90s Pro is the best bet. You could probably get one used USA and one used 1990/91 Pro or two used USAs/Pros for about $650 each, depending on model and condition.

With that price range you can grab an SL2H. You just need to look around - the deals are out there.
