However I remember saying this in the "New JacksonStars model spec" thread:
I second the sentiments of those who weren't able to order their customs in time, as I had a full custom in mind too, but had to wait for financial reasons.
I'm going on a used and NOS hunt now!
They are Jacksons, and I'd expect them to play exactly the same.
Well truthfully I'm not a fan of the newer Jacksons, I love the early 90's late 80's Jacksons... And the Professional series. So I'm wondering how these are compared to the newer Jacksons.

My JacksonStars Rhoads is about equal in terms of build quality, sound and playability to the early 90's Rhoads Pro which belongs to the other guitarist in my band.

Which would be VERY similar in build quality to a USA Jackson. When I had my USA Rhoads, a friend brought over his Pro. Other than very minor differences in binding thickness, you could barely tell one from the other. I'd be very interested in seeing a Stars RR up close too.
