Found a V but not sure if it's a Jackson

I found this guitar listed as "Flying V" , no brand name. Take a look at these pics from the ad and tell me what you think.

Would you spend $150 if it is a Jackson? I think it is but I just don't remember seeing one of these before.

It looks like some cheap chinese knock-offs I've seen at a local store. Brand new, they sell for around 200$...

I would pass on this for sure.
