Scale length should be the same 25.5". It's the extra 2 frets that are probably throwing you off.

    Awesome guitar! Congrats.

            WOOT WOOT WOOT

Thanks for the nice replies everyone. All I need to do now is go to my music store and try to get them to give me a truss rod adjuster again (since I gave my last one away with my rhoads).

That is sweet I have been looking for one of those for a while. The only ones I have found have been priced way to high or are in really bad shape. It would look really nice next to my KV2. Congrads on the that axe and I will keep looking..

                    Special-K that is a Bill Lawrance XL500.

                    Nice score Brooke.
They do sit a bit different than other shapes (even when standing), but once you get used to it all is good.

                      Very cool score man.

When I saw that Kahler, i thought it was a KE1 for a second.

                          Thanks guys..

I had to do a hardware store rummage today looking for the smallest hex key to fit the Kahler..

I found one,,it like 3/64's and it fits.

Now it's going to be Action and truss rod adjustments until it's perfect...

I love being able to do heavy bends with out the dive bombing..it's great..

Um, dude it's the same scale as your Rhoads.

Nice score by the way. It's mind boggling to see the close up pics of that bridge, all brand new looking. It won't look like that for long if you're going to be playing it though, unfortunately. I sold one just like it a couple years ago, that I got from a friend. The saddles had almost no black paint left on them. Take a look.

Brooke - you need to relax, you are obviously very excited about your new purchase, so much so that you can't stop shaking when taking photos. I thought my eyes had gone funny.
