Soloist Pro - Round 2

I'm in again with another Soloist Pro from '93 (serial starts with J3), I think. But this time it's the metallic black, which is what I wanted in the first place and everything original, but no case or trem bar (damn GC!). I've been regreting selling my first one ever since I sold it. Metal!!!

Anyone know where to get the correct case for one of these?

By 1993, were these shipping in the standard Dinky-body case of the time (the square, plastic shell one) that the USA Soloists came with, or the older chainsaw case? My 1990 Soloist Pro came in a chainsaw case, but that was common for the imports during the pre-'92 era.
