specs for demmel V

I looked at the jackson web site

The specs on the demmel V say that the inlays are MOP, and that there is a MOP head stock logo..

Those specs are probably wrong. The guitars in the pics look like they have white logos on them not mop.

They are wrong , a shop in my area got a model from a fender rep that came by it was red and it had MOTO inlays and toothpaste logo...

Usually not for Jackson imports, but I'm not sure about this one. And with the extra cut-outs, I don't think it will fit the standard KV or RR case.

I'm pretty sure that it fits in a KV case..

cuz to me it looks like a regular KV J1 J2, with "cut outs". SO I assume that it's actually lighter.

And I agree, MOTO anything is not acceptable for that price.

It really doesn't make a difference does it? What does it matter if the inlays are plastic or not? I doesn't affect the guitar, does it?

For $1000, it would make a difference to me. Obviously not with playability, but that's a lot of scratch for second-rate features.

Well I'm not an expert or anything and I trust and respect Matt %100 but here are the pics of a KV2 and a Demmel V from the Jackson site, you decide if they are MOP or not

for one those could be the pictures of the first ones from namm. There are also grades of MOP. My Model 6 has real nice inlays were as my 2 90's dinkys are not as high quality/grade.
