Are the 1 HB DK2 the guits with the neck pocket problem? There's one on ebay...and I love 1 HB guits!

If it's the one with the red ghost flames, they have been known to have issues.

Ask the seller for close up side view of the left and right sides where the neck meets the body. If one side is noticably higher than the other, than it would be one of the ones with the problem. If the end of the neck sits about the same height above the body on both sides, the guitar should be ok.
