Yeah, I love that Soloist, and now I love Jackson, I never owned a Jackson/Charvel before, only Kramers but I got to say, yes, Jackson is great too.

Sorry to revive an old thread... But I've just seen a good deal on a SL3 (amber sunburst) here and can someone give me more infos on the model:
How are the single coils on this? Can you get a kind of strat tone with the neck one?
I think the SL-3 has a real Floyd? Is like the one on the RR24 or the new Charvel?
Any other thing I should know before spending my money!!!

The singles are actually Duncan Hotrails, which are single coil sized humbuckers. It has the same Floyd as the RR24 (The FRO-2000 or whatever). The only SL3 I've played was incredibly comfy though I never got to plug it in so I can't help you on how the singles sound.
