How many colors for PC3 ? and how much...

Hello all,

I'm looking for the numbers of color for the PC3.

I know some of them :

- Natural
- Sunburst
- Red
- Green
- Blue

Did you see other ?

Maybe some of them are special order for shop, because i only see green, blue and red on Ebay US.

I ask this because i search a blue PC3 and it's really hard to find one. Maybe blue is a special order...

PC3's only came in 3 colors.
Au Natural, Solar and Chlorine (blue).
The red ones on eBay are from a custom order batch that Guitar Center did.
They are actually USA built and GC called them a PC2.
They never made a green PC3.

The PC3 was originally made in Trans Amber, Trans Red and Trans Green.

Yep, my bad... forgot about the first two years (98/99) of the PC3.
They were pretty blah finishes.
In 2000 it got proper PC colors and a decent trem.

Did you see often blue PC3 .? I search one since 2 months and see only natural or solar.

The Chlorine (blue) ones are pretty hard to come by.
I think I've seen maybe 2 or 3 over the past few years on eBay.

Are those guitars any good? Are they on a par with my SL3, or a DK2?

Damn good guitars IMO.
Very similar to a DK2.

Those Wilkinson trems were no good? I've been wanting to get one with the Wilkinson over the newer ones with the JT580LP, just for something a little different.

The Wilkinson trems were fine... didn't care for the finish choices on them.
I have a Wilki (VS100) on one of my mutts. Very nice trem.
The PC3 shipped with a VS50.
