I picked up a set of EMG KFKs (81/85) for it. I may stain the rosewood ebony. What are your thoughts.

Holy that's light rosewood. The rosewood on my DK2 is way darker. The guy at the shop thought it was ebony until I pointed out this lighter patch in the grain and told him that they're rosewood."Dear Dr. Bill,

"OK, we can both have Ben..joint custody. I'll have him on the weekends. We could go out in my Cobra and give people the finger..weather permitting of course.." -Bill Z. Bub

Hope it's a keeper. I loved my WRMG. It was pre-2006 like yours. Don't dye the fretboard. It's good as is.Fuck ebay, fuck paypal

I bought it as practice for an eventual WR1 purchase. I love the look of the WR1 but wanted to make sure it was comfortable to play etc before laying down the long jack on a WR1. I don't normally buy non U.S. guitars, but the price was right and I just couldn't pass is it up. This is definately a keeper.
I am getting mixxed feedback on staining the Rosewood. I will have to think about it.
