jackson concept series neck

Hi!
i was wandering is a neck coming off a '94 jackson jdr concept series as good as the one on my '95 professional series one?or is lower quality?

professionals are better quality then the concept series. both made in Japan though.

Yes, it'll be as good. I have several Concepts and Professionals, and the neck construction is virtually identical. The locking nut may not be the same though.

If you mean the neck heel, then yes.

The heel tapers on mine (JDR 94), thinner nearer the headstock, gets fatter further down. I've never seen that on a guitar before.
