you know, the ESP (not ltd) cost about twice of the RR24 lol.
i would say that chrome makes it look cheap =P
black RR24 w/ gold hardware FTW

yeh im not getting the esp, im just comparing the looks.

Black/yellow bevels with gold hardware looks awesome but a bit to alexi wannabe. Im a massive alexi fan but did not want his guitar exactly so ill probably go for the white/black bevels.

but i already have a white strat so the black/yellow could be suffice.

        Definately not going black/red.

hmm, after looking @ the pic closely and comparing it to my rhoads pro, i noticed that the 23rd + 24th fret seems to be...inaccessable...
and go for the black/yellow + gold my friend
w/b is pretty boring, no offense. still a great guitar
oh since you're an alexi fan, i suppose that you would know how he does the pinch + whammy combo? it mutes the sound whenever i try it(i've tried on all 3 guitars )

Yeh does look hard to access but im not sure what the joint behind the neck looks like and if it helps

What do you mean pinch+whammy, as in a regular pinch harmonic followed by the whammy or a dime-squel kinda thing? And how do you mean it mutes it?

i would assume that it looks like a typical butt; try to google it or look around ebay for a neckthrough jackson V. it should give you a pretty good idea (i'm too lazy to take a pic of the back of my rhoads pro...sorry)
well, dimebag is when its open note. you know that pinch + whammy thingie that alexi does in the beginning of "trashed lost and strung out"
and when i pull the whammy bar, it just automatically mutes / kill the pinch sound...

though i think it would be better if it has a gibson V neck access =P

Oh yeah about the pinch+whammy, were you tightening the strings or loosening the strings when u played the guitars whammy?

                        Where they setup properly?

I always prefer black over chrome.

If it had pins like the RV with scythe inlays then i'd say chrome could work as well, however the black bevels seem to work better with the black hardware... imo of course...

And the fret access shouldnt be any different to the kv's with 24 frets which is pretty good ime...

                              enjoy your new guitar!
