  • Value on a DR3

Well after searching in vain for a DR5 over the years, i have come across a DR3 with duncan designed pups. I'm waiting on the serial number, but the seller wants £350-375 GBP?
Is that a fair second hand price?

It's a little high, but the mahogany models don't turn up very often. Come to think of it, I don't remember the last time I've seen one for sale, if ever. The main issue is what kind of condition the body is in, as that's the main selling point.

I just recently sold a trans red dr3 with hardshell case for 100$, but that was to a friend. 350-375 gbp seems quite high. I'd offer him a bit less maybe 200-300 gbp, does this include hardshell case?

I actually have one of these! The sound of this one is so sweet. The Mahogony Body gives this one such a nice tone & sustain. I will never part with it. It also rarely leaves the house.
