DK2M Thread! Post your pictures

They're nice guitars don't me wrong, but that maple fretboard looks too hair metal for me, also makes the guitar look like somebody just stopped working when they got o the fretboard. I do like their pickup setup though.

Personally, when I saw one of these necks for the first time I lost the ability to emote vocally.

Looks rather unfinished to me, compared to a ebony/rosewood neck. There's gonna be work put into any guitar over $500, but the DK2M doesn't show it IMO.

There are a lot of crappy looking rosewood boards out there. And I personally like the maple board it lends a brighter sound to the guitar. It isn't all about looks.

I'll agree about the boards and the looks. I'd probably take this over a DK2 if I had to pick, I like double humbuckers as opposed to all the single coils on a DK2.

I picked the black one up w/ a hard shell case for $200! Love those maple necks!

I got it from a place in millwaulkee ( I know I butchered that). I loved the fact that it was an hss. I got it with the case new for $599 shipped. According to the guy its one of 100 but I'm just going with what I was told. I love it though. I posted this from a blackberry so if it posts funky I'm sorry.
