I think the white and black prices depend on the year manufactured. I saw a white a GC earlier this week for 699.00. Since red is not a 2009 color, they are closing them out at 299.00.

Thus far, I'm really happy with it. Stays in tune just fine, can flutter with the best of them.

Yeah, the JT580 is a decent unit, I've never had any trouble with any of mine.
I just put a DiMarzio Super Distortion in my white DK2M to replace the JB, need to take a pic or 5 tomorrow.
