Heres what the guy sent me:
"This is a Jackson Charvel....Just reset, rewired and tuned. Brand new case. As far as I have been able to find out, this guitar was built between '85 and '87. Serial plate on the back says its origin is in Texas. It has Jackson licensed Floyd Rose, Jackson and EMG active pickups."
Ya think its worth 350?
2008 DXMG in Gray w/ Duncan Mayhem set
2007 DK2m White Bengal
88 Jackson limited edition
Charvel Preditor
PS-3T Rhoads Performer
Jackson DX10D
3 Randall RGT 100 ES tube heads
4 JCM900 4x12 bottom cabs
Rockman 1/2 rack Chorus/Delay
Roland GP-8 Rack processor
Tough to say.
Made in Japan, in spite of the neckplate (company headquarters was in TX, that's all that means).
Depends on how much you want that crackle finish.
To me, it's worth around 250, since it's got an extra hole drilled in it for that added tone knob.
I have three predators, which are the improved version of this model (well, later model, I think improved due mostly to the Schaller Floyd, and Floyd style locking nut) and just love them.
Paid around 200 for each of them... none had the crackle finish.
That prolly ups the value to 300, but subtract 50 for the mod.
That's how my math would work with this one.
Your milage may vary.
"Wow,... that was some of the hardest rockin ever. Hardest to listen too."

My Predator (as spike said, is much improved over the 3DR) is fire-crackle and I got it with the case for $275.
I'd also make sure it's an EMG pickup, because I think the stock pickups are covered which may be confusing the seller. That would raise the value a bit (if you like EMGs) but still not $350. I'd offer him $275 and see what he says.
