Good luck with that. Their customer service sucks. I got a KV3 from the bay last year. Plays nicely... not as nice as my KV2 though.... nothing plays as well as that. IMO.

The KVX10 replaced the KV3. For the better, IMO. 24 frets.

I had a KV3 - I'd rather have (and did have) a KVX10. Granted it's a step down in the model lines, but Jackson's imports are better than most other people's.

I have no problem with bolt-on KVs. Neckthrough is ok, but I'm not seeing the "increased sustain" and whatnot that it's advertised as having, and I've got 7 neckthroughs and 7 bolt-ons - import and USA - to compare.
