Interesting replies. I remember the neck on my long lost Warrior to be pretty thin. I thought that Jackson was notorious for having thinner shredding necks, similar to the Ibanez RG necks. Maybe I'm mistaken and need to play more of them...

Are we talking about the width of the neck (like binding to binding) or the thickness front to back (fretboard to back of neck)??

When it comes to the dinkies I think the year of the guitar makes a difference. The older ones had very thin necks and the newer ones I have played have thin necks but the early 2000's were thicker.

Thickness - fretboard to back of neck.

            Same here.

But on the other hand, I have DXMG and DK2 and it's good to have some variation when it comes to playing the Dinky's.

JJ2 has a thick neck not wide due to no binding but thick.

My ivory RR5 has a fat neck, when i got the KV2 afterwards i realised how much neck was actually missing, the KV2 neck is very slim to me.

                i think i prefer the RR5 neck.

90's import Jacksons seem to have the thinnest necks. Not wizard thin but really thin.
The COW's and Mortons have some big ass necks.PC-1 too.

My kelly pro's neck is thick, especially compared to my PS-4 which has an ibanez thin neck

The answer is that they vary. A lot.

By Gibson standards, I've played very few Jacksons that I thought had a truly thick neck. The import FB-2 was one of them. And the PC-1, of course.
