Is that pickup in backwards? I thought adjustable poles go on the bridge side.

I believe there is a difference in tone pending which way you have the adjustable poles closer to. Can't remember which is which though. I think with the adj. poles closer to the bridge you will get a brighter tone and closer to the neck will have a darker tone. I read this from the Dimarzio site.
