Outside of the reverse headstock & sharkies, are there any other differences between the DK2 and DX10D necks?

No. my dk2m had a thicker neck than my dx10d, but my 90's dinky had an even thinner neck. i think you can put a dk neck on a dx body or vice versa, but i normally stick to putting DK/ke with dk/ke bodys and dx/wrx/etc with its series, but professionals and performers swap fine from what i remember. not the "pro" but professional series. -
