Fusion V question

You can actually buy those latches. Ive seen them somewhere on the web. Maybe a google search will find them. Then you can rivet them to the aluminum right next to where an old one broke off. Dont know if I would trust a riveted on latch though.

I still have 3 of the 4 latches (I lost the first one to break off).But yea I dont trust the plastic to hold thats why I was going to sandwitch the case between the steel banding and distribute the load.My first idea was to just shift the latches over a inch or two

well this week was good to both of us, you got a rare and unique looking Eliminator5, and I got a "you don't see too many of those around anymore" Concert5

good luck, and when you get it post some pics like I have to for the other CB
if this thing was supposed to start out as pure white--- ( and daym it is heavy )
