Jackson JX45

After searching through 100 + forum posts here and on TB I found the year and model of my 5 string.It's a 2001 JX45 . The 2001 catalog scan show's a 4 string version , JX40 , and next to it is a notation I never paid any attenion to that says "also available as a 5 string(JX45)"

you only searched thru 100 posts....? well it went from a cm5 to a jx45 that catalog page i saw also, and just when I thought the JX was this:



I guess Jackson used the same name since the Charvel JX came first

100+ on each forum and yea I bought it as a CM5 .As a side note I only found 1 other like it ,in trans blue though

well shit keep her around then if it's not a common unit. If I see it on ebay next week selling for 600+, I'll know who's it is...lololol

2001 also had the 5knob+switch kellyKBX the only year with that config.

I don't like the 35" scale and its a shame it has been tucked away in the closet not getting any playtime though.

too many other units out there right now. I don't care cause as far as I'm concerned if it don't sell before Christmas, I'll keep it around for a little longer on the shelf. I hardly paid anything for it so 200+ is fine by me
