Fusion 4 ?

Based on pictures I've seen on this site, I believe what I have here is a Fusion 4. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't had any luck matching up the serial number, O001718, which is on the last fret. The bridge and tuning pegs are stamped with "Jackson". The pickups, 12th fret inlay, and head stock are all marked "Charvel". There doesn't appear to be any other markings that I can find. I will greatly appreciate it if someone would post what I actually have.
Also, I need to do some repairs. If anyone knows where I can get the back cavity plate and a wiring diagram I'd greatly appreciate that as well.

Yes, it has got to be a Fusion IV, but the presence of a 24-fret dot marker is weird. At least compared to the one pictured in the catalog.

1990-91 cat has the 24th fret dot and the knob positions look the same

I'm still looking (all over the net) for the control cavity cover. Even the smallest clue on where to find one will be greatly appreciated. I've looked at several lists on eBay. There was one on eBay but unfortunately I missed it.

oh that's cute for lazy people who forget how old the battery is and can't take the cover off to check....
that looks like a model 3/4 cover...is the fusion the same thing?, cause if it is then any model 3/4 cover would fit and my one model4 had no cover so I bought a square of black plastic and cut it to fit..

and as a p.s. I have that same lava crackle, just in bass form
