open gear tuners look correct
it may look weird because its a reverse and has the older longer headstock like the old charvels.

I took a pic of my lefty and flipped it over to try to match the ebay pic

stupid people or lazy people always say "email me for more pictures" like this guy because they are either too lazy or too stupid to put them in photobucket, and embedd the pics in their ad, and they think "why should I pay ebay more money to list 12 pictures"

after talking with the guy for a few he is not lazy, just didn't know about embedding pics from photobucket.

I never understood why Jackson won't put at least one tuner on the bottom of the head so the head doesn't end up looking so oddly long.

Thanks for posting it. The guy actually seems pretty nice. I told him he had a T-Bird not an Explorer. He thanked me for the informaiton, and not in a prick like way.

As far as the headstock arrangement, sometime in the 90's I believe, they shrank the bass headstocks. New ones are significantly smaller.

according to the serial he sent me it's a 1993 made in Ontario.
If they made a bass with the open gear tuners it got the long head.
