  • Pricing info on old school Concert Basses

hey guys - I have a line on 'some' USA Concert basses, ranging from 85 through to 93 or so. What's a reasonable market price for one in good shape?
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable
Worth is what someone will pay, not what you want to get

Depends on the features and who's buying. Bidding wars can drive up the price of one, while another goes unnoticed, and either one will be cited as a market indicator by someone looking to sell high or buy low.

I own 15 or so US concerts...value is based on WHAT it is, and HOW CRAZY the seller is lol. $900 to $1200 is average. I've picked almost perfect ones for under $500 and passed on hammered ones for $1800.
