Hi,
I just got hold of a Charvel bass through eBay and would like to identify it.
I originally thought it was a 3B but all the references I have seen to the 3B say it's an active bass with through neck. Mine is a bolt on. Also the electronics are passive (not active as I had assumed earlier - D'Oh!)
It has a Made in Japan sticker on the neckplate, and serial number 255194.
Tuners, pickups (P-J) and bridge all have Jackson logos. There's a small Charvel guitar logo on the headstock and one on the neckplate together with the Fort Worth address.
Can anyone enlighten me what it is?
Cheers
Ian
