My newest toy

Just got this Concert V bass today. This thing plays awesome, super fast thin neck and sounds pretty good too. Though i havent spent alot of time playing around with EQ. Its definately in much better condition than i expected as well, which is a bonus considering it came from Ebay. I think this may be a keeper. Heres a couple of pics.

is this still a "current" model or are all "pro" marked jacksons discontinued?

No, this isnt a current model. The last year they made the Concert V I believe was 1995. They still have the pro series, but i think they stopped marking them that way in 98ish? Somewhere around there. Not really sure though.

Nice Bass! Kahlers are great on basses. Look at Warmoth using Kahler on their Gecko 5 and 6 string basses. Nice grab!
