Jackson KBX, which EMG active pickups and Preamp???

Hi all,

I have a Jackson KBX with Duncan Designed® SB102B Pickups (passive) and Duncan Designed® BEQ3 Preamp for Master Volume/Blend/Bass/Middle/ Treble and Slap Switch (Mid Scoop/High Frequency Boost)

I want to replace these Pickups and Preamp by active pickups and Preamp from EMG.

Is there anyone who experienced with active pickups and Preamp from EMG in a Jackson KBX?
For example a EMG J/P combination or a EMG-35P4 (neck) with a EMG-35CS or a EMG-35DC (bridge)???

I use no pick play many years with my fingers in a death metal band on a Ampeg SVT-400T and want a deep, full bass sound.

Any suggestions / recommendations are very welcome!

I put an EMG P - J combination in my Jackson Kelly bass and it sounds killer!!
