as far as pickups, I know some people don't like actives, but if you don't mind, I'd say some EMG's with an EMG electronic system.
In my BC Rich NJ Warlock, I put 2 EMG-P's (active humbuckers in P shape), an EMG BQC System (4 band active eq, blend, volume controls), Schaller m4 tuners and a Badass II bridge, and the guitar went from decent to completely kickass (not as good as my RIC 4003 though). The bridge is great because its pretty big which helps the tone and is very adjustable so you can set the action just how you like pretty easily. Some people say that actives are too muddy, but if you get an EMG electronic system, just roll off the low and high mids a little and maybe the bass a little and it gets very clear.
Really, any small modification that you make that suits your style is worth it, but since it's custom shop, Idk if I'd change that much on it if I were you. looks pretty badass as is.
