c20 bass w/hardshell, is this a good deal?

Just wondering....

I came across a Jackson c20 bass with hardshell case (not factory), in near-mint if not mint condition. Not sure on the serial number as of yet, but it appears to be a few years old at the most. Finish looks to be a tobacco sunburst and is immaculate. The owner claims it was purchased as a backup and hardly used.

He's looking to get $240 plus shipping, is this a good deal?

Thanks for the reply and info, though I'm not sure if the guy will budge on the price. It does appear to be flawless, I believe him when he says it was hardly used. I suspect that's why he's firm on the price.

if he wants to move the piece, then wait a week or two and he take the $200. They cost $369 new, cases are usually a nice bonus, not really an overall addition to the price.
