I was showing the Charvel family to the guys, and uwe from the last bass outpost has a bunch of them ICB's he wanted to share.

He was impressed I would take the effort to "FIND" the whole series of "B" models, and he also loves 80's basses.

Holy crap!!! Who's Explorers are these? They are beautiful...I had a black '85 I bought new and it just thundered!!! SWEET!!

I think it's strange how different Gibson's Explorer basses were shaped so differently from their Explorer guitars. Ibanez or Hamer made versions that looked much more similar to Gibson's original guitar shape than Gibson did itself. Strikes me as kinda strange.
