Hi guys, it's been a while since i was last here (with a question about my Model 4).. this time it's a bass question (edit: somehow my postcount is only 1, but i definitely made a thread before!:p)
I just bought a Charvel bass as a project (headstock scarf joint has split, fretboard coming off, looks like the bass has had some pretty bad moisture damage at some point too), and i'm going to be restoring it over the next few months (or years, depending on how much time flies ). From my searching, the bass is a 2B, and the neck pocket confirms this, however, the number in the neck pocket looks like:
L-2B-5
Can anyone shed any light as to what the rest of the serial number means?
Cheers guys
Oli
