hey my names jacob i play in Age Of Evil
my guitarist and i switched over to jackson about a year ago
i play a few of the new jackson CMG's but what first got my attention was this beat-to-hell Charvel cx490. had to buy it, cost me a little over $100 but sounds more brutal than almost all of my basses.
well thats about it, glad to be part of the Jackson/Charvel family

check out my band at myspace.com/ageofevil

welcome the the bassplayers section of the JCF bassG1007.

Like most of the bass-crazys out here, I have been addicted to C/J stuff since 1987, and although I have other brands units, the Jacksons are what have kept me happy all these years.

not too often a bassplayer hits a forum, and gets one of their songs jammed for them on youtube eh?.....

that jam is certainly not at the limit of my speedball-metal ability, but a cool song to jam either way, even though others may cover it, you probably WON'T see another person playing YOUR song inverted as I do

I got my 3b in 1990 and ended up selling my Fender and Peavey basses because I never played them again .I realized the first time I plugged in my 3b that it was a gift from the gods of metal and thrash!

                    I only have one 3b, but a bunch of 2b's, a couple 1b's, and a couple 4b's.

IMO the 4's are the same sounding as my 3, just lighter.

thank Jackson for their continued use of the same necks for a LOT OF YEARS of guitars and basses.!!!!
