Seymour Duncan STK-S2 Hot Single Coil Guitar Pickup

Has anyone ever tried these pups, and can you please give me an honest opinion ?

I wanted to put them in my Soloist SL1. I want something a little brighter and louder in the single coils.

Do they sound good with cleans ? Do they get too muddy with distortion?

I have these pickups in my Dinky and I don´t like them too much
they are Hot but a little muddy when is distorted and too Dark for a Clean, It is in the path between a vintage pickup and true Hot single coil

you should try out the Fender SCN (Samarium Cobalt Noiseless) they are really Hot but with a classic Single Coil Tone, the same as the Adrian Smith´s Dinky
